1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using T-Checker, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Nature of the Service

T-Checker is an independent, private pre-check service that provides plagiarism similarity reports and AI writing reports for academic review purposes only.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Turnitin.

Reports are intended to help users review and improve drafts before official submission, not to guarantee acceptance or approval by any institution.

3. Payments & Billing

Accepted Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely via certified third-party payment providers.

T-Checker does not store your card information.

Subscription Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance, depending on the plan selected.
• All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access to the service may be temporarily suspended until payment details are updated.

4. Credits & Usage

• Each credit allows one complete scan (plagiarism similarity report + AI writing report) for one document.
• Credits are valid only during the active billing period and do not roll over.
• Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase, provided that no scan credits have been used.

Once a credit is used, the service is considered delivered and the purchase becomes non-refundable.

6. Privacy & No-Repository Policy

• All scans are conducted in private, non-repository mode.
• Your documents are not stored, indexed, or submitted to Turnitin's database.
• You may delete your files and reports at any time after downloading.
• Files are automatically deleted from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account and billing information
• Use the service only for lawful, academic, and ethical purposes
• Not misuse, resell, automate, or exploit the service

You are solely responsible for how you use reports and for complying with your institution's academic integrity policies.

8. No Guarantees & Disclaimer

• T-Checker provides reports “as is” and “as available.”
• We do not guarantee specific similarity percentages, AI scores, or academic outcomes.
• AI detection and plagiarism analysis are probabilistic tools, not definitive judgments.
• Final academic decisions are always made by institutions, not T-Checker.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, T-Checker's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the current subscription period.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in abuse, fraud, or prohibited activities
• Attempt to circumvent system safeguards

Users may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time and without advance notice.

This could include limiting or fully restricting access to the platform, whether temporarily or permanently. T-Checker is not responsible for any inconvenience or loss resulting from temporary or ongoing service unavailability.

12. Termination

T-Checker may deactivate or suspend your account at any time and without warning. This decision can be made for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Such action can be taken immediately and without any liability on our part.

If you choose to close your account, you may stop using the service at any time.
